In case of rejection or limitation, Robentex will provide an explanation to the applicant where required by applicable legislation.

11. Withdrawal of Consent

If your personal data is processed based on explicit consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

After withdrawal, Robentex will stop the relevant consent-based processing activity unless another legal ground applies.

You may request the deletion, destruction or anonymization of your personal data where legally applicable.
