In robotic welding the real question is not whether the robot is running, but what it produced: which program ran, how many seams were laid, with which parameters, who supervised it and where the faults appeared. Unrecorded, the answers to quality questions live in people's memory.
ArcTab collects the data coming from the robot and the power source on one screen. While production runs, current, voltage, wire feed and travel speed are watched together with robot status; every program and every weld (start, end, operator, duration) becomes reviewable after the fact.
Data exists for comparison, not just for the archive. Operators are assessed over the same period and the same indicators; output, successful welds, fault counts and success rates are ranked on common criteria. Filtered results export as CSV into your existing reporting.
Period comparison is what makes improvement measurable: production, quality and time trends are placed side by side weekly, monthly or yearly. The welding operation is then managed by data rather than by impression.

No. It can be added to existing cells; as long as data can be read from the robot controller and the power source, the installation is handled as a retrofit.
