Robentex System Family

Welding Positioners

Servo-axis positioners bringing workpieces from 1 to 25 tonnes into the ideal welding position.

Chassis part mounted on a single-axis servo positioner
System Overview

What the system does and how it is engineered

Welding in the correct position improves penetration, bead appearance and speed together. Robentex L-type and H-frame servo positioners run fully synchronized with robot motion, continuously presenting the part in PA/PB position.

Capacity
1,000 – 25,000 kg
Configuration
L-Type / H-Frame
Synchronization
Fully coordinated with robot

Applications

  • Transformer tank and cover welds
  • Heavy chassis and boom groups
  • Turntable cell integrations

Key Features

  • Servo-driven precise indexing
  • Axis management from robot controller
  • Part-specific mounting interfaces
