System Overview
What the system does
A transformer side wall is long and repetitive, and the length of the line directly sets capacity. On a short line the robot waits constantly; on a long one several build areas can be fed by the same robot.
This configuration, with a 20-metre X axis and 1,200 mm Y travel, is the longest side wall line layout Robentex builds. The robot hangs inverted, reaching both inner and outer seams of the wall.
Product changeovers are accelerated by MOSES offline programming: a program for a new wall size is prepared without stopping the line.
