Clamp Welding
Heavy-duty core clamp welding solutions engineered to provide maximum mechanical strength.
What the system does
Core clamps form the load-bearing skeleton of a transformer and carry high mechanical loads during assembly. Multi-pass welding on thick sections requires inter-pass control and careful management of heat input.
The system completes thick-section joints with a programmed pass sequence, keeping heat input and inter-pass waiting times constant. Distortion and weld quality therefore become predictable from part to part.
What sets this system apart
- Multi-pass program structure
- Controlled heat input
- Standardised pass sequence
- Heavy-section fixturing
Where is this system used?
- 01 Core clamp profiles
- 02 Lifting lugs and brackets
- 03 Thick-section reinforcement joints
