What the system does
Core setting is one of the most labour-intensive and error-prone steps in transformer manufacturing: hundreds of silicon-steel laminations are stacked in the right order and the right alignment. In manual stacking both cycle time and alignment deviation depend on the operator, and misalignment comes straight back as no-load loss.
Robotic stacking picks the lamination from the cassette, verifies its order and places it while holding alignment. The system is engineered around core dimensions and pack structure; no welding takes place, the operation is purely positioning and assembly.
