What the system does
On a hard-coating line the surface of the part is the product itself: a single dust particle or fingerprint becomes scrap. Manual handling cannot remove that risk entirely.
Here a suction gripper holds the part without marking its surface. Two ionisers mounted on the gripper clear static charge and dust during transfer.
The gripper is manually adjustable for eight product references, and the locating bench carries sixteen removable jigs. The system is designed as an addition to an existing plant and commissioned without disturbing the production flow.
