System Overview

What the system does

A tank is heavy and its seams are spread across every face. In a single-cell layout, loading and unloading sit inside the cycle and capacity falls short of the investment.

The system is built as two independent cells. X-Y-Z gantries on an 8-metre slider reach every face of the tank, and 5,000 kg dual-axis positioners rotate heavy bodies on a universal mounting adapter.

Both cells track the seam in real time with laser seam tracking. The system is handed over integrated into the customer's plant communication infrastructure.
