What the system does
On small and medium parts the footprint of the cell directly affects plant layout. This cell runs a single robot inside a closed enclosure and occupies the smallest possible area.
Roof extraction connections collect welding fume inside the cell; the enclosure contains the arc, so no screens are needed at neighbouring stations.
Loading is done through the operator door. The part-specific fixture, safety circuit and program set are engineered together with the cell.
What sets this system apart
- Closed enclosure with arc containment
- Roof extraction connections
- Single-station loading via the operator door
- Part-specific fixture design
