Main Body Welding
Precision seam and structural robotic welding ensuring zero-leakage and robust main tanks.
What the system does
The main body is the structure that carries the oil tightness of a transformer tank. Long longitudinal seams, corner joints and reinforcement connections all have to be completed to one consistent quality level.
The system is laid out so that body welds are completed in a single setup; positioner integration brings each seam into the preferred welding position. Pass structure and penetration therefore stay the same from part to part.
What sets this system apart
- Body welding in a single setup
- Positioner integration
- Consistent pass structure
- Seam design focused on tightness
Where is this system used?
- 01 Tank longitudinal seams
- 02 Corner and flange joints
- 03 Reinforcement and bracket welds
