Multi-Station Slider Welding Line
Two lines in one project: a slider with an inverted column for wide part variety, and a six-fixture slider line for series body production.
- Lines
- 2 × 12 metre sliders
- Robots
- 3 × 12 kg, 2,010 mm reach
- Fixtures
- 6 operations (OP10–OP60)
- Positioners
- 2,000–3,000 kg plus 3 × 500 kg
What the system does
When a manufacturer has two product families, their welding needs diverge: one demands wide part variety, the other high-volume production on a fixed operation sequence.
Here both lines are solved under one project. On the first line a 12-metre slider and an inverted column provide reach across a wide range of parts. On the second, six operation fixtures from OP10 to OP60 cover every welding step of the body.
Capacity is validated from CAD data at the quotation stage, with weld length and method count calculated per station.
What sets this system apart
- Two independent lines, three robots
- 12 m slider with an inverted column
