System Overview
What the system does
A formwork panel family is wide in size but identical in geometry. A dedicated fixture for every size inflates both the investment and the storage space.
In this cell the pneumatic panel fixtures are adjustable: panels up to 2,400 mm wide and 1,200–3,300 mm long are covered by one set. The robot hangs inverted from a column and serves the panels along a 9-metre run.
A second layout can be built within the same project: a two-station cell with 1,500 kg positioners for a frame family from 75×100 to 75×200 cm.
