What the system does
In robotic welding the error usually starts not at the arc but at the clamping. If the part is not in the same place every time, the seam drifts even when the program is correct.
This table holds the part in its exact position before welding. Quick clamps cut clamping time while making repeatability independent of operator skill.
The table is modular: stops and clamp groups are arranged around the product family, so a new variant changes only the relevant group rather than the whole table.
What sets this system apart
- Repeatable clamping with quick toggles
- Modular stop and clamp groups
- Rearrangeable per product family
- Working height suited to feeding a robot cell
